Meet-Up@ARCNL
For master's students and graduates in physics and chemistry looking for nanolithography internships and PhD positions.
The Advanced Research Center for Nanolithography (ARCNL) focuses on the fundamental physics involved in current and future key technologies in nanolithography, primarily for the semiconductor industry. ARCNL's programme is intimately connected with the interests of semi-conductor equipment manufacturer ASML. ARCNL is especially interested in the physics of extreme ultraviolet light (EUV) and its use in nanolithography. The center offers challenging positions for PhD students and master's internships in a unique research environment where fundamental science meets application.
During the meet-up you will:
- get to know ARCNL through presentations and lab tours;
- learn about fundamental research related to EUV lithography;
- explore an actual research case at the interface of fundamental science and industrial applications.
