Online lunch lecture: Culture Connects Us - how to create a more culturally inclusive organization

In celebration of World Day for Cultural Diversity, the newly formed ERG for Cultural Diversity is hosting an interesting speaker for an engaging lunch lecture on how to create a more inclusive organization. This event is open to anyone who is interested in this topic and works at one of the NWO Institutes or at the NWO-I/NWO-D office.

Speaker: Madhu Mathoera

The speaker is Madhu Mathoera: inclusion expert and author of the book "The Inclusive Organisation". Madhu is committed to making the Netherlands more inclusive and has gained extensive experience in this field. By offering expertise, training, education and customisation, Madhu aims to help organisations make diversity, equality and inclusion part of the DNA of the organisation.

About the ERG Cultural Diversity

The NWO/NWO-I Employee Resource Group (ERG) on Cultural Diversity was set up recently and invites all NWO/NWO-I employees interested in cultural diversity to join. The purpose of the ERG is to create a workplace where cultural richness is celebrated and everyone can reach their full potential.
