Women@workplacepride event: Future Frontiers - xX edition
On 26 September a Women@workplacepride event will take place in Eindhoven, organized by ASML and Workplace Pride (WPP). This event, Future Frontiers – xX edition, will bring together employers, employees and civil society to share best practices, specific challenges and opportunities for women at work. We invite both men and women to join and share their input on how to achieve a high tech culture with equal opportunities and inclusion.
Last January, NWO became a member of WPP, a not for profit foundation dedicated to improving the lives of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgenders and Intersex (lgbti) people in workplaces all over the world. The named event is not exclusively for lgbti people, none of the lgbti events are.
Future Frontiers – xX edition gives people and organizations the opportunity to connect, learn and take action on improving inclusion and leading diversity towards a new high tech culture. During this event you will be able to get inspired by women that will share their significant contribution to technology and innovation, to discuss and share current best practices to encourage this new culture at the workplace and to network with peers.
Keynotes, workshops and panels will be held in two streams 'Leadership & personal development' and 'A women’s point on technology'. The topics will be updated as soon as possible. 'Additionally, there will be the possibility to network with technical women and diversity ambassadors during the lunch and reception.
