Launch of New Financial System (NFS) postponed

In the first half of December last year, it became clear that the deadline of 1 January 2021 for launching the New Financial System (NFS) would not be met. The COR NWO was updated about the situation that has arisen due to the postponement of the implementation and it will continue to receive updates. The COR NWO members are also actively gathering information from their own institute or organisation unit with the aim of identifying the consequences of this postponement.

Plans for 2021

In the coming year, the COR NWO expects to deal with the following subjects: coronavirus, privacy and GDPR, election of the university workgroups (BUW) representatives, and a change in the organisation of the co-determination with a handover to the new COR NWO (early May 2021). Furthermore, the COR NWO will once again produce an annual report. As soon as this COR NWO Annual Report is ready, you will be able to download it from the NWO-I website. If there are matters that you would like to see discussed in the COR NWO, then you can inform us about these via COR@nwo-i.nl.
