Time writing in Unit4

NWO-I is working on a new process for time writing and leave registration for all institutes and the office. In the new process, you register holidays (leave) in Youforce, and you write your hours worked in U4ERP (Unit4).

Youforce is the program with which you now view your salary slip, for example, and initiate personnel mutations and - for some institutes and the bureau - register your leave. From January, all of NWO-I will register leave in Youforce. These leave hours are then automatically transferred to your timesheet in the financial system . Handy: in Unit4 you will soon only have to complete your hours worked.

Currently the project group, in cooperation with the institutes, is busy setting up this link between Youforce and Unit4. More information about the new process will follow in the near future from your own P&O department.

Prepare in advance for the new process by registering all your leave and hours worked for 2024 in December of this year. This will help ensure a smooth transition.

Time registration and leave registration in the new way will start on January 1, 2025. The P&O department would like to make this transition as easy as possible for you. A lot of information material is available to familiarize yourself with the applications and the new way of working.
