Saving leave for adjusting working hours
To improve the work-life balance, it has been agreed that via AVOM (Tailor-made Terms of Employment) a maximum of 890 hours of leave (that is five years of non-statutory leave) can be saved for a temporary adjustment to the working hours. This is on the condition that when the employee starts to save the hours it is agreed when and how the leave can be used. See Collective Labour Agreement Annex 3.
