Leadership programme questionnaire

Dear reader,

Over the past few months, a lot of work has been done to set up a leadership programme for NWO-I. The intention is that every NWO-I manager should participate in (part of) the leadership programme. Therefore, the project team has been tasked by the institute directors to design a leadership programme that is widely supported and contributes substantially to the current work, both for leaders themselves and for their team. Since working in academia brings specific challenges, we would like to map out the development needs of all managers within our organisational scientists, so that we can optimally align the programme with your daily work. What are your wishes for a leadership programme ?

We are carrying out this broad inventory among all managers within NWO-I. We ask for your job title, your institute and your experience in order to be able to differentiate in the programme where appropriate.

We realise that we are asking open, qualitative questions. Answers are not mandatory. And every answer is valuable. Responding to the questionnaire will probably take 10-15 minutes.
