Final agreement on collective labour agreement 2025-2026
On 6 November 2025, the WVOI and employee organisations FNV, CNV Onderwijs and AOb converted the previously reached negotiation result on a new collective labour agreement for research institutes into a final collective labour agreement after positive consultation with their members. The new collective labour agreement runs from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026. In total, this collective labour agreement provides for a structural wage increase of 4.9% over twelve months.
The parties to the collective labour agreement are still in consultation about the wording of the new Collective Labour Agreement Research Institutes (CAO-OI) 2025-2026. The new collective labour agreement tcan be found on the WVOI website.
The salary tables 2025-2026 can already be found on the WVOI website. The new salaries will be processed in the November 2025 salary payment, which means you will receive your new salary with a small supplement to your October 2025 salary. The one-off payment agreed upon will also be paid with the November 2025 salary.
