Advanced Git workshop - 20 & 21 January 2026 at CWI

The recent DCC training need assessment survey showed a strong interest in more in-depth training in version control and collaborative development workflows. In response, the DCC is launching an Advanced Git workshop as a follow-up to the Software Carpentry (Shell, Git, Python) training.

This pilot workshop will focus on more advanced Git techniques for working effectively in shared codebases. Participants will explore practical strategies for branching, merging, reviewing changes, and managing contributions in team projects. A detailed schedule and topic overview will be announced soon.
