In this CLA the Wage-agreement has been implemented that was concluded by the Government, the public employer and three employee organisations this summer. Agreements were concluded in this Wage-agreement concerning the wage development in 2015 and 2016 and concerning the adjustment of the pension scheme.
On the basis of the CLA , salaries will be increased with 4,25 percent as of 1 January 2016. On top of that, there will be a one-off payment of € 200 gross in proportion to the amount of work hours and 0.42 percent of the annual salary in the month December 2015 for all employees employed on 1 September 2015 and that are still employed on 1 December 2015.
As the result of a legislative change, new agreements have been made with the unions concerning, amongst others, the duration and extension of the employment contract.
These agreements tie in as much as possible with the present research investigations in the institutes. For FOM this means that it remains possible to extend employment contracts with a maximum of four years for certain employees, especially researchers.
The extension of employment contracts will also remain a possibility for PhD students.
Furthermore, it has been agreed upon to start a pilot regarding the implementation of function contracts. The telework schemes will also be adjusted to a CLA article concerning time and flexible working arrangements. CLA appendix 7 will thus expire.
The CLA agreement has been signed by three out of four employee organisations with whom negotiations have been held. FNV Government has not agreed.
