Agreements on renewal of the CLA until 1 January 2014
Parties agreed that there is no wage increase in 2013, but he job security protection for 2012 now also applies for 2013. This means that in case of organization changes no compulsory redundancies will be made in 2013.
The agreements are made under the pressure of the continuing economic difficulties.
During the CLA negotiations, the employers have indicated that increasing wages would go at the expense of jobs. Employers also emphasized they attach great importance to maintaining employment. This has resulted in the job security arrangement for 2013 in combination with a baseline for wages.
