Pre-training survey for the training conversational techniques/yearly review

In 2026, the NWO institutes are organising trainings in conversational techniques. The aim of these trainings is to support people in having an equal dialogue with their team members in the context of the yearly reviews, although the same skills may apply to other check-in occasions as well.

This short survey is intended for participants of the training conversational techniques/yearly review. Your institute/HR department may title the training differently, so the term we use here is simply a descriptive one.

The survey consists of 9 questions, of which 1 open question. It will be conducted twice: once before the training and once several months after the training. Participation is anonymous and your answers will not be used to try to identify you. Your responses will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the training.
