Purchase
For deliveries and services to NWO-I the following conditions are applicable:
- 'General Government Terms and Conditions for Public Service contracts 2025 (ARVODI 2025). These terms and conditions are applicable to services;
- 'General Government Purchasing Conditions 2018' (ARIV 2018). These terms and conditions are applicable to deliveries;
- 'General Government Terms and Conditions for IT Contracts 2022 (ARBIT 2022). These terms and conditions are applicable to IT products and services;
Except for deviations from these terms and conditions as stated in the contract. General and special terms and conditions of contractor/supplier do not apply.
Sales
For deliveries and services by NWO-I are applicable:
- NWO-I General terms and conditions of Sale 2019.
- NWO-I General terms and conditions for Distance Agreements 2019.
These last terms apply in particular to congresses organized NWO-I, or one of its institutes and for which a payment is desired from the participant.
