In principle, part-time work is possible at NWO-I, even if you have a staff or managerial position. When it makes agreements about this, NWO-I also weighs up the interests of the organisation. The manager (employer) and employee make an agreement about the part-time percentage. If you work part-time, then the entitlements based on the collective labour agreement with respect to salary, year-end bonus and leave are proportional to the working time agreed upon. The collective labour agreement clearly states exceptions.
